  • Spiciness of the Sirarakhong chillies of Ukhrul and the goodness of fermented fish make this shingju unique and flavourful.
  • It can be served as a side dish with rice and veggies, as starters with drinks like Kombucha and rice beer, as toppings for noodles, among others.
  • Expiry duration: Four months from date of packaging.
  • After opening the packet, consume within 15 days. If refrigerated, it can be kept for one month.
